This website, eatpeachies.com (the "Site"), is operated by SAYTU STUDIO, a French simplified single-shareholder company (SASU), registered office at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France, RCS Paris 108 490 673 ("Peachies", "we", "us"). By visiting the Site or purchasing from it, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. PRODUCTS
Peachies™ is a food supplement. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion (including suspected resale or fraud).
3. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Peachies is not a substitute for a varied diet or medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Stop use and consult a doctor if any adverse reaction occurs.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Payment is due at checkout through the secure payment methods offered on the Site. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including on orders already placed, in which case you may cancel for a full refund.
5. SHIPPING
Orders ship within 1 business day (business days exclude weekends and holidays). Delivery estimates shown at checkout are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 days, contact us and we will resolve it.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

7. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
